Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS + Python) – Remote

We are hiring 1 or 2 Full Stack Engineers to build an AI-powered interview assistant for HR and interviewers, including a ReactJS web app, Chrome extension, and integrations with LLMs like Gemini and similar AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask preferred).

• Integrate external AI/LLM APIs (Gemini) and design real-time interview assistance features (scoring, reporting, and interview prep).

• Collaborate on Chrome extension development and ensure seamless interaction with the web app.

• Use GitHub Copilot or similar tools extensively to speed up high-quality development.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on full stack experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and Python.

• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and REST API design.

• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications.

• Demonstrated extensive use of Copilot or similar AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, deliver within tight timelines, and write clean, maintainable code.
