🔍What You'll Be Doin

• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for tasks like sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, chatbots, and more.
• Use libraries such as spaCy, Transformers (Hugging Face), and NLTK to build scalable and production-ready models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate NLP solutions into real-world applications.
• Train and evaluate models using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Continuously improve model performance with data cleaning, preprocessing, and tuning.

✅What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in NLP and machine learning.
• Strong coding skills in Python, with exposure to NLP libraries like spaCy, Hugging Face, Gensim, or similar.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML into production systems.
• Solid understanding of linguistics, text processing, and vectorization techniques.

💡Bonus Skills

• Experience with LLMOps or prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to search technologies (Elasticsearch, vector DBs).
